As a brand new customer, I’m one to peruse reviews before I purchase anything. Honestly, I’m not 100% sure what the negative reviews were about because I received 5 things. A video, TWO 2D animations that complimented and highlighted some of the best features of my product FROM the video, and two really awesome thumbnails.
On top of that, I had to change the product link 24 hours later, so I sent an email with the updated link and the customer service responded within a very short period of time that same day. I received the final product the next morning.
With someone like me who is just starting out on my dropshipping journey and have limited funds, I really appreciate the quality and attention to detail that they took. They took all my notes and created an amazing video with them. I’ve replayed the video a million times already, and am blown away by how professional it looks, with some of the text I had sent in! It looks like a classic Facebook/Instagram Ad I’ve seen a million times over and I would honestly click it as a consumer to learn more.
