It is required that you fill out a submission form for each order, providing us information about your product/brand as well as what you would like included!

Yes, our UGC is custom content and it is required that you ship your product to us. After you fill out the submission form we will email you within 1-3 business days with the address to ship your product to us!

Currently we are able to send your UGC ads to you via a google drive link within 3-5 business days from when the product arrives to us!
Keep in mind the time it takes to have your product shipped to us is not included in this timeframe. Only once the product has arrived.

What if I need a revision on my video?
Currently we are only accepting editing revisions. This would include text, sound/song and clip orientation. We DO NOT accept revision requests that require re-filming content at the moment!
What is your refund policy?
Since UGC ads are 100% custom filmed content and requires time and effort from our team of content creators we do not accept any refunds on orders that have been successfully delivered and created.
In the case that we are unable to book your project due to a specific content creator needed or very niche product we can offer you a 100% refund.
We also do not refund any product cost or shipping cost associated with your order under any circumstances.
