There are a lot of variables with UGC, such as creator availability, shipping times & video complexity & requirements. On the fast end, we could get you UGC in 6 days flat. If your creator pool is busy, product takes a long time to ship AND the video is complex it could take up to a month.
The good news, when you order again the creator will already have your product!
Yes, we will work with you and the creator to make sure you are happy with the final product. If you have a vision for what you want, please give it to us beforehand as revisions are limited to editing only & re-filming can not be guaranteed unless instructions were provided & unfollowed.
